Every week, at least a handful of patients walk into my clinic asking for “that glow injection” they saw on Instagram.

The full appointment usually takes about 45 minutes to an hour, including numbing time.
Mild redness or tiny bump-like injection marks are normal and settle within a few hours to a day.
There’s no need to block out downtime for this — most of my patients schedule it during a lunch break.
MesoGlow Results: How Soon and How Long
This is usually the first question in consultation, so let me be direct about it. Many patients notice an immediate, visible glow right after the session — this is partly the treatment effect and partly the plumping from the hydrating solution itself.
The more meaningful, longer-lasting improvement in texture and hydration builds over the following one to two weeks as the actives settle into the skin.
MesoGlow is a course-based treatment, not a single-session fix. I typically recommend a course of three to four sessions spaced two to three weeks apart for a noticeable, sustained transformation, followed by maintenance sessions every one to three months depending on your skin’s needs and lifestyle factors like sun exposure and pollution.
Skipping the maintenance phase is the most common reason patients feel their results “didn’t last” — MesoGlow works best as an ongoing part of your skin care routine, not an occasional treat.

Cost is naturally one of the most searched questions around this treatment, and it’s also one of the hardest to answer with a single number — because MesoGlow pricing genuinely varies based on a few factors:
- The formulation used (basic hydration cocktails cost less than advanced brightening or anti-ageing blends)
- Whether it’s a single session or a pre-paid course
- The clinic’s location and the expertise of the person administering it
- Whether it’s combined with other treatments like micro-needling or LED therapy in the same session
In India, a single MesoGlow session typically ranges anywhere from ₹4,000 to ₹12,000, depending on the city and the clinic.
Course packages, which is what I recommend for actual results, work out more economical per session than paying individually.
I’d caution against choosing a provider purely on price — this is a treatment involving injections into the skin, and it should always be performed by a qualified dermatologist or under direct medical supervision, using authentic, medical-grade products.
